Boutique Fare - Sophisticated Food Demonstration

So you’ve got your divine product into the store of your dreams…Then what?...it sits on the shelf, hoping that your label stands out amongst the other perfectly graphic designed, impeccably positioned same, same product sitting next to yours…

What now? You are so committed to the production side of the your business that it leaves no time to get in store, meet the customer, sample your product and then turn the talk into promotion, brand awareness and hopefully a profitable return.

That’s when you need to ask yourself the following questions….
Are you looking for a point of difference with your product in an ever increasing competitive market?

Are you unable to provide after sell-in commitment with up market in-store tasting and training for store personnel.

I believe that I can offer an incredible solution!...
The past 3 years I have been working in many facets of the boutique food industry including merchandising, sales and food demonstrations.  Prior to this I spent 10 years working in events, public relations and marketing. I have found that there is a serious gap in the level of in store post sell-in service that is offered to our boutique companies.

I am a passionate ‘foodie’ that finds the tackiness of regular in store presenters boring and out of touch.  I offer a modern approach and a positive experience when introducing your product to the customer.

I work on an as needs basis for you...so there is no long term commitment, no employing staff that don’t deliver and you pay only for my time.

You provide the product, the store name and I do the rest…
I manage it all…from research, equipment, preparation, travel, setup, demonstration and evaluation.  I will also provide honest feedback on your product with regard to customer feedback…(positive or negative – as this helps our business grow).

Why are in-store demonstrations so important?
There is no doubt that the GFC has affected the way we live…and has made us rethink how we entertain ourselves and entertain others.

You don’t need Pay TV to enjoy the delights of cooking shows from the mainstream of ‘Masterchef’ and ‘My Kitchen Rules’ to the off beat ‘The Cook & the Chef’ and ‘Surfing the Menu…’

Thus has seen an increase in our love for creating the simple to the extraordinary and the reintroduction of dining at home in preference to heading out to restaurants.
The recipes contain ingredients from the most heavenly to the most obscure and everything in between…

So this is where we need to place your product…and to give our consumers a reason to buy your merchandise over everything else that’s in store…sample something new and make a shift from the common commercial brands and in their buying habits.

It is rare that customers will take a risk on an unknown product – especially when these products hold a premium price tag.  But if your presence in store goes beyond the ordinary and delivers a quality premium positive in- store experience – they may infact make a choice in future purchases.
